We are a small but dynamic team of skilled and passionate researchers devoted solely to research, working in close collaboration with National and International scientists. We are a team of researchers from various disciplines (mathematics, chemistry, biology and computer science) providing guidance, training and consulting in all aspects of bioinformatics and computational biology, ranging from statistics to network biology.

Prof. Gajendra Pal Singh Raghava

Raghava is Professor and Head at Center for Computational Biology, Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT-Delhi), India. Before joining IIIT-Delhi (Feb. 2017), he was working as Chief Scientist at Bioinformatics Centre, CSIR-Institute of Microbial Technology (IMTECH), Chandigarh, India. He did his M.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi in 1986. He was awarded a Ph.D. degree in Bioinformatics in 1996 by IMTECH and Panjab University, Chandigarh. He worked as Postdoctoral fellow at Oxford University, Oxford and European Bioinformatics Institute, Cambridge, UK (1996-98). Also worked as Bioinformatics specialist at UAMS, USA (2002-03 & 2006) where he established bioinformatics infrastructure. Dr. Abhishek Kumar

Dr. Abhishek Kumar is bioinformatician and genomic data analyst having more than 16 years of experiences. His specializations are in the field of next-generation DNA sequencing, Genomic data analyses, RNA-Seq and Proteomics focusing oncogenomics, drug discovery genomics, comparative genomics and molecular evolution. He is currently working as Research Scientist for oncogenomics projects at German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), Heidelberg, Germany. His current research focuses on the application of bioinformatics and genomics methods for resolving several questions in biology and medicine. Previously, Dr. Kumar was worked as a research scientist at various organizations like University of Kiel (Germany), University of Padova (Italy) and National Centre for Biological Sciences (Bengaluru, India). He has done his M.Sc. (Biotechnology) from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai with specialization in bioinformatics. He has done his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from University of Bielefeld, Germany. He has published more than 100 research articles including journals. He has participated in several conferences.


Dr. Aditya Arya

Dr. Arya has done his Ph.D. in the area of Nanomedicine from Defence Research and Development Organization, Delhi. Earlier, he completed masters in biochemistry degree from Madurai Kamaraj University. He has published more than twenty research papers in peer-reviewed International journals (200+ citations), six chapters in International books and authored ten books. He holds membership of several international societies in Nanomedicine, Redox Biology and has received a number of awards and fellowships in the domain of life science research. He has been trained at some of the prestigious institutes such as Sanger Institute (Cambridge), EMBL (Heidelberg), Myograd (Berlin), and IBRO (Paris). He has also delivered several scientific talks at National and International platforms. He has expertise in the field of nanozyme, redox biology, proteomics and high altitude medicine. Dr. Vivek Dhar Dwivedi

Dr. Vivek Dhar Dwivedi has done his Ph.D. in the area of anti-dengue drug discovery from M.G.C.G.V. Chitrakoot University and worked as a bioinformatician at ICMR-NJIL&OMD, Agra. His specializations are in drug discovery, molecular evolution, sequence analysis, and bioinformatics software development. He has published more than 25 research papers in peer-reviewed International journals and attended several International and National Conferences. He has 35 accessions in NCBI, GenBank to his credit. Previously, Dr. Vivek Dhar Dwivedi has also worked as an Assistant Professor in Uttaranchal College of Science & Technology, Dehradun, where, apart from teaching, he has also supervised dissertations of graduate and postgraduate students. He has also worked as a Project Fellow in Forest Pathology Division, Forest Research Institute, Dehradun, and has been a key resource person in various training programme and workshops.


Dr. Nitin Wahi

Dr. Nitin Wahi has completed his Ph.D in the area of Algal Biofuels (Plant Biotechnology) from GLA University, Mathura. His specialization is in the areas of Cellular Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He is the PI of Foldscope Research Project entitled “Biodiversity and ecological interaction of algal strains found in the local water bodies of Mathura region” funded from DBT, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India. He has published more than 15 research papers, 3 accession in NCBI, GenBank. Previously, Dr. Wahi has also worked as an Assistant Professor at Biotechnology Department, GLA University, Mathura and as a visiting faculty at Department of Biochemistry, Khandari Campus, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Univeristy, Agra. He is also a guest faculty at Biotech Department, Sanaskriti Univeristy, Mathura. Apart from teaching he has also supervised several dissertations of UG and PG students.
