Two-week training on protein-protein interactions and network analysis
Two-week training programme on protein–protein interactions and network analysis is being organized to provide a basic beginner level training to young researchers and early Ph.D. students for improving their computational skills in systems biology in specific context of protein-protein interactions with particular emphasis on protein interaction data retrieval from public databases and their visualization using various open source tools.
Applications may be directly sent to contact@pathfinderfoundation.co.in along with a short statement of purpose explaining why you want to attend this programme.
