The placement policy of the PGDM Program aims to ensure structured, transparent, and equitable placement opportunities for all eligible students. The institute is committed to facilitating career opportunities aligned with students’ competencies, industry requirements, and ethical standards.

- To provide maximum placement opportunities to eligible students.
- To ensure fair and transparent placement processes.
- To develop industry-ready professionals through the PRTF framework.
- To build long-term relationships with recruiters.
- To align placements with student specialization and career goals.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR PLACEMENT
To participate in the campus recruitment process, students must satisfy the following requirements:
Program enrollment: Must be an active, successfully enrolled student in the PGDM program.
Academic standing: Must have no active backlogs and maintain the CGPA standards as defined by the institute.
Attendance mandate: Must strictly adhere to the AICTE and institutional requirement of > 75% attendance.
Experiential completion: Successful completion of mandatory summer internships and designated field-based research projects.
Ethical standing: A clean disciplinary record with full adherence to the Institute’s code of conduct.

- Alumni network

PLACEMENT RULES FOR STUDENTS
- Students must register with the placement cell to participate.
- Submission of updated resume is mandatory.
OFFER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
One student, one offer policy: To ensure equity, a student is permitted only one confirmed offer at a time. Once an offer is accepted, the student is withdrawn from further institutional placement processes.
CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS
Students must:
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Provide accurate information in resumes.
- Adhere to deadlines and instructions.
- Avoid misconduct during recruitment.
