AI-Centric PGDM Programme
Admission PROCESS
The admission process for the Al-centric PGDM at the PRTF is a multi-stage evaluation designed to identify candidates with strong analytical foundations and leadership potential. As an AlCTE-approved two-year, full-time programme, the selection criteria strictly adhere to regulatory norms while prioritizing a problem-approach mindset.
INTAKE CAPACITY
Approved intake: 120 Students
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates seeking admission must meet the following requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years duration) in any discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) for general category.
Minimum 45% aggregate marks for SC/ST candidates, as per Government norms.
Candidates appearing in the final year of their qualifying examination are eligible to apply. Admission will be provisional and subject to submission of proof of graduation (final mark sheet and degree certificate) on or before 31st October of the year of admission.
SELECTION PROCESS
Applicants have a valid score in any of the following national-level entrance examinations:
CAT / XAT / CMAT / MAT / ATMA / GMAT (if applicable)
Note: Candidates who do not have a valid score in any of the approved national-level entrance examinations may apply through the institute’s internal selection process. Such candidates will be evaluated based on:
- Academic performance (10th, 12th, and Graduation)
Weightage: 20% - Performance in the PRTF Aptitude Test [if applicable]
Weightage: 30%
Duration: 30 minutes (online)
Focus: Logical reasoning and Business awareness - Personal Interview
Weightage: 40%
In this step candidates will be required to undertake a personal interaction with the PRTF admission team
Mode: Online (Zoom-based)
Duration: 15 minutes
Panel: 2 evaluators
Focus: Career clarity, Learning attitude and Communication skill - Work experience (if applicable):
Weightage: 10%
- Final selection: On the basis the above steps final shortlisted candidate shall be provided an offer letter on the candidates registered email id.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Candidates who have received the offer letter will have to confirm their seats within 10 days of receiving the offer or within the time as mentioned in the offer letter. To confirm the offer, the candidate will have to submit a registration amount of Rs 25000.
DOCUMENT VERIFICATION
Candidates must submit the following documents [digital copy] along with the registration amount at the time of admission:
- Class X and XII Mark Sheets
- Graduation Mark Sheets / Degree Certificate
- Entrance exam scorecard
- Transfer certificate / Migration certificate
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Identity proof (Aadhaar / Passport / etc.)
- Passport-size photographs
RESERVATION POLICY
Admissions shall follow reservation norms as per Government of India / State Government guidelines.
FEE STRUCTURE AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Total program fee: INR 7,00,000/-
Registration fee (at the time of admission): INR 25,000/-
Trimester-wise payment plan
- First instalment: INR 1,25,000 – Payable 15 days before commencement of the First Trimester
- Second instalment: INR 1,50,000 – Payable 15 days before commencement of the Second Trimester
- Third instalment: INR 1,00,000 – Payable 15 days before commencement of the Third Trimester
- Fourth instalment: INR 1,00,000 – Payable 15 days before commencement of the Fourth Trimester
- Fifth instalment: INR 1,00,000 – Payable 15 days before commencement of the Fifth Trimester
- Sixth instalment: INR 1,00,000 – Payable 15 days before commencement of the Sixth Trimester
Annual payment plan
- First instalment: INR 3,25,000 – Payable 15 days before commencement of the First Trimester
- Second instalment: INR 3,00,000 – Payable 15 days before commencement of the Fourth Trimester
Notes:
- The registration fee is adjustable against the total program fee.
- All payments must be made within the stipulated timelines to avoid late fees or penalties, as per institute policy.
FEE REFUND POLICY
The Institute shall adhere strictly to the refund norms prescribed by the AICTE. This includes the following provisions:
Full refund: In case a candidate withdraws before the commencement of the program, the fee shall be refunded after deducting a processing charge of Rs1000/-, as per AICTE guidelines.
Refund after commencement of the program: If a candidate withdraws after the start of the program, the refund shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the number of days attended, in accordance with AICTE norms.
BANK EDUCATIONAL LOAN SUPPORT
PRTF facilitates access to education loan support to enable meritorious students to pursue its AI-centric PGDM program without financial constraints. The institute actively assists students in securing loans from leading public and private sector banks, as well as NBFCs, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
Assistance:
- Guidance in selecting suitable banks and loan schemes.
- Issuance of required admission and fee documents.
- Support in completing loan application formalities.
- Coordination with banking partners for faster processing.
SCHOLARSHIPS
PRTF is pleased to announce several scholarship options for meritorious candidates to support their academic pursuits. The scholarships are designed to recognize and reward exceptional potential in various fields.
Scholarship evaluation methodology: Scholarship eligibility shall be determined based on:
- Academic profile
- Entrance test score
- Performance in the Personal Interview (PI)
Only one scholarship (highest approved) applicable.
No stacking unless explicitly approved.
All scholarship decisions are made at the discretion of Admissions Committee and shall be final and binding.
HOSTEL: ACCOMMODATION SUPPORT
At PRTF, we recognize that a comfortable, secure, and well-connected living environment is essential for a student’s academic success and overall experience. To support this, we provide guidance and assistance to students in finding suitable hostel accommodation.
An on-campus girls’ hostel is available, offering a safe and convenient living option. However, accommodation is not mandatory, and students are free to choose housing that best suits their preferences. Our team ensures that students receive reliable support in identifying appropriate and comfortable living arrangements.
