A bachelor’s degree of at least three years in any discipline, from a recognised university, with at least 50% aggregate marks or the equivalent CGPA. For SC and ST candidates the requirement is 45%, as per government norms.

Yes. Candidates in the final year of their qualifying examination can apply. Admission is provisional, and you will need to submit proof of graduation (your final mark sheet and degree certificate) on or before 31 October of the year you join.

Yes. The programme assumes no coding or mathematics background and accepts graduates from commerce, arts, science, engineering and every other discipline. The first year builds AI fluency from the ground up, so what matters at admission is your reasoning and your attitude to learning, not what you studied. How the programme is built.

Yes. If you hold a valid score in CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA or GMAT you can apply with it. If you don’t, you apply through PRTF’s own selection process instead, which assesses your academic record, an aptitude test, a personal interview and any work experience. Neither route costs anything.

It runs online and takes 30 minutes. It covers logical reasoning and business awareness, and it carries 30% of the assessment on the internal selection route. There is nothing to memorise for it.

A 15-minute conversation on Zoom with two evaluators from the admissions team. They are interested in how clear you are about your career, how you approach learning, and how you communicate. It carries the largest single weight in the assessment, at 40%.

No. Applying through the PRTF admissions portal is free. You pay only when you accept a seat.

The two-year programme fee is ₹7 lakh, and the registration amount is included in that total rather than charged on top of it. The fee also covers a laptop, study tours, industry interactions, medical insurance, uniforms, examination fees, and certificate courses from Google, NVIDIA, Amazon and other organisations.

Paying once. The one-time plan is ₹6.50 lakh, which is ₹50,000 less than the full fee. The annual plan is ₹6.75 lakh, saving ₹25,000. Paying trimester by trimester comes to the full ₹7 lakh. See all three plans.

Every instalment is payable 15 days before its trimester begins. Payments made later than that attract late fees or penalties as per institute policy.

PRTF follows AICTE’s refund norms. If you withdraw before the programme begins, your fee is refunded in full after a processing charge of ₹1,000. If you withdraw after it has begun, the refund is calculated pro-rata, based on the number of days you attended.

Yes. Because the PGDM is approved by AICTE it qualifies for education loans from public and private banks and from NBFCs. The admissions office helps you choose a bank and scheme, issues the admission and fee documents the bank needs, helps with the paperwork, and follows up with the bank to speed things along.

The admissions committee screens applications against the eligibility criteria and shortlists candidates for the aptitude test and interview. A final merit list is prepared from those results, and shortlisted candidates receive an offer letter at their registered email address. You then confirm your seat with the registration amount and your documents.

No. Accommodation is not mandatory. There is a girls’ hostel on campus, and for students who prefer to arrange their own housing the team helps identify suitable options nearby.
