When we set out to build PRTF, we began with one question: what does a student need to succeed in an industry that changes faster than any syllabus? The answer was not another management school. It was an ecosystem.
For over two decades, Pathfinder Academy and Pathfinder Publication have stood for education that holds up under the most demanding examinations in the country. PRTF carries that same standard into management, and into the age of artificial intelligence.

Pranav Kumar is an academician, institution-builder and entrepreneur who has spent over two decades transforming higher education and competitive learning in India. An alumnus of Patna Science College and Jawaharlal Nehru University, he began his academic career as a faculty member in the Department of Biotechnology at Jamia Millia Islamia.

As director of Pathfinder Academy, he has mentored thousands of students in Life Sciences and Biotechnology through highly competitive national-level examinations. His teaching philosophy, rooted in conceptual clarity and real-world relevance, set new benchmarks in scientific education. Driven by a mission to make high-quality learning widely available, he founded Pathfinder Publication, whose textbooks are widely regarded as essential resources for life science and biotechnology aspirants across India.
Driving the vision of PRTF
Recognising how quickly the global economy was changing, he established PRTF School of Management to redefine management education for the future. As Chairman, he designed an AICTE-approved PGDM that brings Artificial Intelligence and Data Science into the academic framework while keeping strong foundations in Marketing and Finance.
