Pranav Kumar is a distinguished academician, visionary
institution-builder, and entrepreneur who has spent over
two decades transforming higher education and competitive
learning in India. An alumnus of Patna Science College and
JNU, he began his academic journey as a faculty member
in the Department of Biotechnology at Jamia Millia Islamia
(JMI). Over the years, he has evolved from a master educator
into a pioneering leader who builds institutions that embody
excellence, innovation, and ethical leadership.

As director of Pathfinder Academy, Pranav Kumar has mentored thousands of students in Life Sciences and Biotechnology, helping them excel in highly competitive national-level examinations. Aayan is a visionary technology strategist and institutional
leader dedicated to redefining management education
for the AI-driven era. As Vice Chairman of the PRTF, he
spearheads institutional governance and the strategic
integration of disruptive technologies into the academic
and operational framework.
With a robust background in Mathematics and Data Science,
Aayan brings a unique blend of analytical precision and
strategic foresight to PRTF.
He is the principal architect of the institution’s transition toward an AI-enabled ecosystem, ensuring that the curriculum remains ahead of global technology shifts. His expertise lies in:

ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Aayan Kumar holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of information and communication technology and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Mathematics from University of Delhi. Beyond academics, he has demonstrated exceptional discipline and teamwork as a sportsperson, having represented the Delhi state football team (under-17). His leadership style is focused, resilient, and collaborative.
