Who looks after fairness, safety and quality at PRTF, who sits on each committee, and how to raise a concern with them.

01How to raise a concern
Students, faculty and staff can raise a grievance online, by email, with a query form or in person. The Grievance Redressal Committee oversees the committees below, and the institute keeps the identity of anyone who raises a concern confidential.
- Tell usWrite to contact@pathfinderfoundation.co.in, or speak to the Director or any member of the committee concerned. Give a full account, with any evidence you have.
- It goes to the right committeeThe Director passes the complaint to the committee that handles it. You are heard in full, calmly and fairly, by the chairperson and members.
- You hear the outcomeThe committee reports to the Director, who acts on it promptly. The Director’s office tells you what has been done.

02Anti-Ragging Committee

PRTF has zero tolerance for ragging in any form. The committee works around the clock: it acts as soon as a complaint arrives, or on its own when an incident comes to light, and meets at least once a month even when there is nothing to report. You can go to any committee member at any time, including late at night, or to any faculty member, who will act at once and bring in the committee.

03Internal Complaints Committee
Set up under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The committee receives and investigates complaints of sexual harassment, so that everyone at PRTF can study and work in a safe and respectful environment.

05Faculty and Staff Grievance Redressal Committee
A fair, transparent and quick process for employees’ concerns, from working conditions and pay to management decisions and discrimination other than sexual harassment. Investigations are timely, confidential and impartial.

06SC/ST/OBC/Minority Grievance Redressal Cell
Safeguards the rights and interests of students and staff from these communities, and makes sure they are treated fairly, given equal opportunities and supported.
