12Online payments
Online payments to PRTF are processed through secure payment gateways run by trusted providers and banks. Banks use 3D Secure verification for card payments, which adds an identity check to each transaction.
A credit or debit card must be issued in the name of the person using it. PRTF is not liable for card fraud arising from the fraudulent use of a card; liability for fraudulent use of a card or net-banking account rests with the user, and the burden of proving otherwise is on the user.
PRTF may cancel an order for a product or service at its discretion, for example if it is unavailable, without prior notice. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from:
- a transaction not being authorised
- a transaction exceeding the limit agreed between you and your bank
- any payment issue arising from the transaction
- a transaction being declined for any other reason
All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). Refunds follow the rules on the Admissions page.
