Dr. Devendra Kumar Gupta, Ph.D.

Dr. Gupta holds a Ph.D. in Agronomy from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology. He is a highly dynamic professional with around 25 years of experience, successfully leading new, independent, and challenging agricultural business projects. With expertise in spearheading various agribusiness activities such as marketing, production, processing, and quality control, he has demonstrated exceptional cross-functional skills in planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and resource optimization.

Dr. Hanish Kumar Sinha, Ph.D.

Dr. Hanish Kumar Sinha is an accomplished Agri-Business Researcher and Trainer specializing in commodity tracking, agri-warehousing, business forecasting, risk management, collateral finance, and trade facilitation. He holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Banaras Hindu University (2002) and has over 20 years of experience in the agriculture sector, including more than 9 years in commodity futures and over 11 years in agri-warehousing. A recognized Sigma Six Black Belt and skilled business analyst, he also has over 10 years of experience in teaching and training.

As Professor of Practice for Commodities at the National Institute of Securities Markets, an educational initiative by SEBI, Dr. Sinha developed an e-learning module for the Certificate Program in Commodity Warehousing Management (CPWM), which encompasses approximately 68 lectures on various aspects of the commodity warehousing industry. Additionally, he has designed and taught courses related to commodities at the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and was instrumental in creating two critical courses in Agriculture Warehousing Management for Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour.

Dr. Sandeep Srivastava

Dr. Sandeep Srivastava (Acting Director and Registrar) holds advanced qualifications in Computer Science, including an MCA and an M.Tech. With 18 years of extensive professional experience, he has developed significant expertise in areas such as Networking and Artificial Intelligence. He is currently serving as an Director at the Pathfinder Research and Training Foundation, where he combines his deep technical knowledge with a passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of professionals. His expertise and dedication make him a valuable contributor to both academia and industry.
