Dr. Ranjit Kumar began his professional career as an ARS-Scientist at ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi in 2000 (72nd FOCARS). After serving for approximately 6.5 years, he moved to ICAR-Indian Institute of Soil Science (IISS), Bhopal as a Senior Scientist. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2022, he served as the Head of the Agribusiness Management Division at ICAR-NAARM for 6 years. Currently, he holds the position of Principal Scientist in the same division at the Academy.

Principal Scientist and Former Head Agribusiness Management Division, ICAR-NAARMDr. Usha Mina began her professional career as a Scientist in the Department of Environmental Science at IARI, New Delhi, where she served from April 2003 to 2008. After about 15 years in the field, she joined the School of Environmental Sciences at Jawaharlal Nehru University as an Associate Professor. She is currently a Professor in the School of Environmental Sciences at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India.

Professor, School of Environmental Sciences, JNU Former scientist, IARIDr. Rajesh Sharma began his career as an Assistant Professor at SK Rajasthan Agricultural College of Agriculture in 1985. After serving for about five years, he transitioned to the role of Professor and Course Coordinator at the Institute of Agribusiness Management. Since 2014, he has been serving as the Director of the Institute, a position he continues to hold.

Over time, his work earned him recognition from both peers and students for his expertise, innovative research, and effective teaching methods.

Professor & Head at NIRDPR-National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati RajRajeev Sijariya is a Professor currently working at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Management and Entrepreneurship, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. He holds a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Consumer Behaviour, an M.B.A. in Marketing Management and Human Resource Management, and an M.Sc. in Physics with a focus on electronics. His areas of interest and specialization include Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship & Start-ups, E-Learning/Online Learning, and Human Resource & Strategic Management.
Rajeev Sijariya
Professor Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU)Dr. H.S. Jat is the Director of ICAR-Indian Institute of Maize Research (IIMR), Ludhiana, with an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Agronomy from the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi. He has made significant contributions to developing and promoting Conservation Agriculture (CA) techniques for maize, rice, and wheat systems, enhancing food production with fewer inputs while improving agroecological resilience. Leading maize research in India, Dr. Jat has played a key role in developing numerous maize hybrids and combating the fall armyworm pest. He has published over 100 peer-reviewed papers and received numerous national awards for his work in sustainable crop production.

The performance of a student in a semester shall be evaluated through continuous class assessment and end semester examination. This continuous evaluation process includes assignments, quizzes, project work, seminar presentations, mid-term tests, and final examinations. The end semester examination shall be comprised of written papers, practical’s and viva-voce, inspection of certified course work in classes, project work or by means of any combination of these methods.
